1. Return authorization is required for all returns. Items returned for service/repair do not require a return authorization.
2. A return authorization must be obtained within 30 days from the date of which product was shipped. Return authorization is valid 30 days from issue date.
3. Value added services, costs for calibration, certification, custom equipment, programming and freight are nonrefundable.
4. Multiple quantity items, discontinued items, special order items and orders with multiple line items are not authorized for return.
5. All returns are subject to inspection. All products must be returned in new condition, including original packaging, all documentation and accessories. Charges will apply for all missing accessories or parts. Data Weighing Systems, Inc. will not accept itmes physically damaged or misued.
6. All freight charges are the responsibility of the company requesting the return and are to be prepaid by the shipping party.
